A drier, a shower cap, and bath sheets in the bathroom were a bonus. Excellent and amicable staff, gave us all the info. It had a great and amazing setting adjacent to the restaurant and street below and Plaza del Sol and the center. In fact, it was located to the nearest metro.

Great value for the money, spacious and well-equipped room. The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance to many attractions, parks, shopping, and restaurants. The staff, especially Alberto, provided excellent attention and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay at Garden Suites.
Breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

I had a truly exceptional stay at this lovely new apartment/hotel in the heart of Madrid. The decoration of the hotel was beautiful, with a luxurious feel throughout. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like me. The staff, especially Alberto, provided excellent attention and made sure my wife and I felt welcome throughout our 7-night stay.
The only thing I would ask for to make this vacation even better for senior people is a slightly higher water pressure in the upstairs shower when someone takes a shower downstairs. This was not a big deal, but it would have added to the overall experience.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, just a minute walk to the nearest metro and everything within walking distance. We loved the duplex layout and the modern design, especially the stylish lights. The bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The rooftop terrace was a nice addition, providing a great spot to relax. The operators were very helpful, organizing airport transfers for us even when we weren't staying at their property. The toiletries provided by Rituals were a nice touch.
One small drawback was the lack of coffee, brown sugar, and milk provided in the apartment. We had to purchase a large quantity of milk but only used a small amount for tea.

The Garden Suites is my go-to place in Madrid. Always clean and comfy with friendly staff. They even helped me find my lost jewel once. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, dryer, kitchen stuff, A/C, and more. Coming back for my next trip!

I absolutely adored the charming décor and cozy atmosphere of The Garden Suites. The beautiful furnishings and artwork throughout the hotel made me feel like I was in a luxurious and elegant home. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate around with my walking stick. Additionally, the hotel's location in the heart of Madrid was perfect for someone like me who prefers to explore on foot. I was able to visit popular attractions like the Royal Palace of Madrid, Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, and Gran Via, all within a short distance from the hotel.
The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is the need for more attentive staff. While the young ones working there were pleasant, I sometimes felt that they were a bit preoccupied and didn't provide the level of assistance and care that I expected.

The duplex layout was mind-blowing, with jaw-dropping lights and remote control blinds. The property appeared brand new and spotless, and the central location was super convenient. Soundproofing was excellent, and a 24-hour shop next door was a bonus. Bathrooms were excellent, checkout time was reasonable, and they even looked after our luggage. The airport transfers were a great perk. Absolutely recommend this place!
